SERVICES PROVIDED: Golden Tickets is a worldwide broker of sporting event tickets. We specialize in obtaining hard to get tickets to sold out events. Through our many sources we are able to get a wide variety of seats to almost any event, in any city. Due to the efforts and costs involved, ALL SEATS ARE SOLD AT ABOVE FACE VALUE. POLICIES: Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable availability. Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. In the event tickets are unavailable, Golden Tickets liability shall be a refund of up to one and one half times the original purchase price. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed to be together, neither can rows or sections. CANCELLATIONS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS. Upon request we will agree to place your order on a “Try to Sell” basis. If Golden Tickets is unable to fill your ticket order as specified, Golden Tickets will exercise one of the following options: 1) Comparable tickets will be provided. 2) Tickets can be upgraded. 3) Tickets can be downgraded with a partial refund. 4) Ticket order may be canceled with a full refund. FOR ALL CANCELLED EVENTS, CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT (except for Act of God, Strike, act of war, terrorist act or Lockout ) THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED EVENTS. WEATHER: Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event, and may cause the postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Golden Tickets and accordingly, no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions, will be made by Golden Tickets. TRANSPORTATION: Golden Tickets shall not be held responsible for damages for delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of Golden Tickets. SPECIAL NOTES: All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. All deposits are non-refundable. All sales of tickets take place in the State of Texas. |
